Key Responsibilities- Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps. - Curriculum Development:
Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments. - Content Creation:
Create engaging and interactive content using various multimedia tools and technologies. - Project Management:
Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Collaboration:
Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather information and ensure content accuracy. - Evaluation:
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into the development process.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related role. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia editing software. - Knowledge:
Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning theories, and assessment methodologies. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. - Creativity:
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to instructional challenges. - Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Pay range: $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
