This role involves following lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their learning to ensure a positive and productive educational environment.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Deliver instructional activities as outlined in the teacher’s lesson plans.
* Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
* Provide support and clarification to students during instructional activities.
* Supervise students during class, transitions, recess, lunch, and other assigned times.
* Report attendance, student progress, and any issues to the appropriate administrator.
* Communicate effectively with school staff and follow all school policies and procedures.
* Adapt to different grade levels, subjects, and classroom settings as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Complete any required reports or documentation related to the assignment.## Qualifications###
