Position Overview
Instructors (Part‑time / As Needed) for the academic year at the Leadership Development Institute, UC Irvine – Paul Merage School of Business. The role involves teaching custom‑designed and open enrollment leadership development programs on campus or at client sites, as scheduled during day, evenings, or weekends.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver leadership development courses, leveraging professional expertise in management or executive roles, or instructional experience. Courses may be taught in various disciplines including leadership, finance, AI, machine learning, data analytics, innovation, digital transformation, talent development, people operations, change management, entrepreneurship, economics / public policy / health care, marketing, operations and decision technologies, organization and management, strategy, and executive coaching.
CompensationSalary range: $300 – $3,800 per assignment, depending on assignment length, participants, budgetary considerations, and other factors. Compensation may exceed the published range when necessary to meet competitive conditions.
QualificationsProfessional experience as a senior manager, director, or C‑suite executive, or previous teaching experience, is required. Advanced degrees are preferred. All disciplines encouraged to apply.
