Job Type: Part-Time (12-20 Hours/Week)

Pay Rate: $35 - $50 per teaching hour + $20 per non‑teaching hour

Think Academy Irvine, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, provides K-4 extra‑curricular learning services through science and technology. Our mission is to foster children’s critical thinking and logic skills through innovative teaching techniques.

We are looking for a Part‑Time Onsite Math Content Teacher who will teach Kindergarten mathematics, engage a classroom of up to 16 students, prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy curriculum, grade homework, communicate with students and parents, and work 12‑20 hours per week.

• Teach Kindergarten mathematics.
• Actively engage and manage a classroom of up to 16 students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy curriculum and teaching guidance.
• Grade homework and provide other essential teaching‑related services.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback.
• Work 12‑20 hours per week as a part‑time teacher (teach 5‑8 classes per week), primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons/evenings.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome. Education or STEM‑related majors are preferred.
• Eligibility to apply while pursuing or in progress of obtaining a Bachelor's degree.
• Prior math teaching experience is not required, but a big plus.
• Super passion for teaching and education industry with a mission to provide better education to promote social development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High responsibility and love working with kids.
• Commitment to at least one whole semester of teaching (Spring: Jan‑May; Summer: June‑Aug; Fall: Aug‑Dec).
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends.

• Teaching Fee: $35 - $50 per hour.
• Non‑Teaching Fee: $20 per hour.
• Teachers will be assigned 5‑8 classes per week.
• Performance commission.
