The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of California, Irvine, has the occasional need for Lecturers to cover specific topics in the pharmaceutical sciences. These Lecturer appointments will initially be made on a quarterly basis as needs arise to cover specific topics, with potential for continuing employment. Appointments are at varying percentages of time, depending on the number and nature of courses assigned.
This recruitment is for potential openings in the future (i.e., an open pool) and does not guarantee availability.
QualificationsBasic qualifications (required at time of application)
Pharm.
D. or a Ph.D. in a field appropriate to the course (e.g., medicinal chemistry, physiology, pharmacy, etc.) and teaching experience at the college level.
