After School Mandarin Enrichment Instructor - Newport Mesa Unified School District -
AlphaBEST is looking for enthusiastic After School Mandarin Enrichment Instructors who are fluent in Mandarin and want to share their love of the language. Join our team to inspire students!
LocationCollege Park Elementary, Newport-Mesa Unified School District
Hours1-2 days per week.
Grades 1-3 Mondays 2:00-4:15 PM.
Grades 4-6 Fridays 2:00-4:15 PM.
$30-$35 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities- Lead weekly Mandarin lesson instruction and cultural learning for elementary-aged students.
- Implement pre- and post-testing to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare lessons and maintain classroom cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with site leadership.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin.
