As our School Partnerships Manager for Orange County, you'll own and grow one of our top markets. You'll take a portfolio of 45+ active school partnerships and deepen them—building trust with principals, administrators, and PTAs—while expanding into the many nearby schools that don't know us yet.

This is a field role with real ownership and real runway: as our Orange County footprint grows, so does your scope.

• Real Ownership: You'll own relationships with principals, school administrators, and PTA presidents across Orange County—and own the growth of the territory, finding opportunities for us to be more impactful in each community.
• Passionate, High-performing Team: Work closely with our tight-knit group of 15 core teammates, and 150+ instructors who share a mission of transforming education.
• Mission-Driven Culture: We believe every student deserves access to engaging and educational classes that empower them to explore their passions. When you strengthen a partnership, you're directly expanding what's possible for kids and families in that community.

• Own partnerships and build Relationships: Manage over 45 active school partnerships and expand it—visiting 35+ schools a week so administrators, families, and district staff know Lando as a local, caring after school partner.
• Know each school deeply: Keep meticulous notes—who the decision-makers are, what each community needs, how enrollment is trending, what's coming up—and stay organized as you switch between 12–15 school conversations a day.
• Close gaps and expand: Visit nearby schools in communities we already serve to naturally win the schools whose neighbors already love us.
• Educate and share: Keep flyers current, coordinate with PTAs, attend back-to-school nights and school events, and find creative ways to get the word out.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with our product and teaching teams to better serve OC school communities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

• Portfolio or multi-site experience: You've owned a portfolio of accounts, schools, sites, or partnerships at once—retaining relationships and growing them.
• Organized and operationally strong: You hold a lot of context in your head, switch between 12–15 school accounts a day without losing track, and prioritize on the fly. Comfortable with structured tools, a CRM, and daily routes.
• Sharp and quick: You learn fast, think on your feet, and figure things out with minimal hand-holding.
• Natural relationship builder and confident communicator: Someone people are happy to see walk in the door. You remember names and follow up on the small things.
• Comfortable on the road: Most of your day is in the field. You enjoy driving and have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated passion for education or youth enrichment (volunteer tutoring, camp counseling, etc.) is highly desired
• Base Salary is $70,000 to $85,000
• Parking and mileage reimbursement for all school visits
• Unlimited PTO (with a recommended minimum of 2 weeks)
• $1,000 equipment credit + top-of-the-line Mac Book (or equivalent)

Based in Orange County (likely Irvine/Costa Mesa area), in the field four days a week across our SoCal schools. Occasional travel to our Palo Alto HQ for team gatherings.
