We provide full cycle services to foster children’s critical thinking, strengthen logic skills, and help them fulfill their goals through innovative teaching techniques. More than 200 students are enrolled.
PositionOnsite Math Content Teacher (Part‑Time, 12‑20 Hours/Week, ASAP start).
Responsibilities- Teach elementary‑level mathematics to pre‑k and lower elementary students.
- Actively engage and manage a classroom of up to 16 students.
- Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidance.
- Grade homework and provide other essential teaching‑related services.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback.
- Work 12‑20 hours per week as a part‑time teacher, primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons/evenings.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors welcome if passionate about kids and math teaching; Education or STEM‑related majors preferred). Eligible to apply if still pursuing a bachelor’s.
- Prior math teaching experience not required, but a big plus.
- Super passion for teaching and the education industry, with a mission to provide better education to promote social development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible and love to get along with kids.
- Can commit to at least one whole semester of teaching (Spring, Summer, or Fall).
- Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
- Teaching Fee: $35‑$50/hr;
Non‑Teaching Fee: $20/hr teachers will be assigned 5‑8 classes per week. - Target Performance Commission.
