• Support youth in achieving goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to support the youth.
• Accurately track client progress.
• Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement.
• Manage and address challenging behaviors according to individualized behavior plans and training.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required).
• Reliable transportation to school sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age 18 or older.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.

• Monday – Friday schedule.
