, we believe that children's ministry is more than just childcare—it’s a mission field where young hearts are shaped, families are strengthened, and lives are transformed. We’re looking for a Children’s Pastor who is ready to lead with vision, creativity, and a heart for reaching kids and their families with the gospel.

• Lead & oversee our ministries for Nursery through 5th Grade, including Sunday programs, Wednesday night program, and our MOMCO ministry.
• Create engaging programs that help kids develop a love for Jesus through Orange Curriculum and a focus on worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship, and service.
• Plan exciting events that reach our community, including our Easter Egg Hunt, VBS, and Fall Outreach.
• Build & train an incredible volunteer team by recruiting, equipping, and coaching leaders to serve in children’s ministry.
• Foster discipleship by helping kids know Christ, grow in their faith, and share Jesus with others.
• Develop outreach strategies to welcome new families and connect unchurched kids to a life‑changing relationship with Christ.
• Create a safe & welcoming environment by overseeing classroom coordination, childcare staff, and safety protocol including onboarding protocols and background checks.
