Position: Lecturer (Non- Senate) AY 26-27

Position Overview

Temporary, full/part‑time Lecturers for the 2026‑2027 academic year to teach courses in Graduate and Undergraduate programs at the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.

Salary Range

$70,977 - $199,722 (UC Salary Scales determine minimum pay).

Position Description

Lecturers will be offered appointments for one quarter at a time and varying percentages of time. You will be expected to teach across all programs (undergraduate, masters, doctoral), including night, weekend, and summer sessions. You may be asked to develop an online or hybrid course consistent with the School’s objectives and teaching needs.

Term appointments are subject to UC policy and the collective bargaining agreement available.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in the selected discipline for the scheduled quarters.

  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications

Professional expertise and/or previous teaching experience is required. Advanced degrees preferred. Accepting all applicants.
