Position Overview
Instructors (Part‑time / As Needed) – The Leadership Development Institute at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business is currently accepting applicants for part‑time Instructors for the 2026‑2027 academic year to teach custom‑designed and open enrollment leadership development programs. Professional experience as Manager, Director, or C‑Suite and/or previous teaching experience are required. Advanced degrees preferred. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Courses are held on campus or at client sites, during the day, evenings, and/or weekends.
Estimated $300–$3,800 per assignment. Compensation is determined by assignment length, participants, budgetary considerations, and other factors. If necessary, compensation may exceed the published range to remain competitive.
