New state requirements are now in place for all preschool employees and are now a condition of employment:
Proof of pertussis, measles and influenza are required. Employee may submit a written waiver for influenza. Employee's doctor may waive all immunizations.
- Certificate Copy (Please attach copy of CA Child Dev. Teacher Permit, Master Teacher Permit, Site Supervisor Permit or Program Director Permit as a Certificate.)
- Resume (Complete applications include a resume, certificate copy and at least 2 references on the application.)
