What You ll Do

Inspire hundreds of elementary students each day through fun, engaging leadership lessons.
Build positive relationships with teachers, administrators, and school staff.
Lead activities during lunch, recess, PE, assemblies, and school-wide events.
Help create an unforgettable experience that encourages confidence, leadership, and character.
Set up and tear down program equipment.
Assist with event preparation and inventory.
Work alongside an energetic, mission-driven team that loves making a difference.

Requirements

Strong character and integrity

Ability to connect with elementary-aged students
Reliable transportation
Available Monday–Friday (approximately 6:30 AM–3:30 PM)
Able to pass a background check
