Associate Director, Masters Program Office

University of California, Irvine is hiring an Associate Director, Masters Program Office. This role manages program coordination and academic advising for various Masters programs at the Paul Merage School of Business, including handling student registration, probation, and visa guidance. The Associate Director also plans student events and collaborates with faculty and campus departments to support program success.

• Manage all aspects of program coordination and activities for the Masters Program Services Office.
• Provide academic advising to Masters students, including probation, registration adjustments, waivers, and leave of absence management.
• Advise international students on visa, immigration procedures, and employment eligibility.
• Track student progress and ensure compliance with program and professional certification requirements.
• Plan and implement high-engagement student events such as orientation and commencement.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and departments on course scheduling and curricular coordination.
• Required skills include advising techniques, multitasking, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and multicultural competencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; knowledge of university-specific systems and policies preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Annual salary range: $61,530 - $72,607.50, with additional benefits offered.
