You’re a great fit if this sounds like you …- 5+ years of instructional design or corporate training experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience designing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You’re proud of your work and can share examples of instructional design projects such as eLearning, storyboards, or facilitator guides
- Design engaging learning solutions, primarily eLearning, as well as virtual and in-person instructor-led training and blended programs
- Translate business goals and SME input into clear learning objectives and effective learning strategies
- Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner materials
- Create interactive activities, scenarios, and assessments that reinforce learning
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business goals and performance outcomes
- Collaborate with designers, developers, SMEs, and project managers to bring programs to life
- Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback, data, and learner performance
- Automotive retail or customer experience training experience
- Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with performance support tools and learning measurement strategies
Candidates should be prepared to share 2-3 examples of instructional design work
, such as storyboards, eLearning modules, learning journeys, or facilitator guides.
