Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Guide undergraduate students on degree requirements, course registration, and policy navigation.
• Review student records and clear degree requirements using Degree Works.
• Manage the department inbox to deliver timely, accurate responses to undergraduate inquiries.
• Provide general event support and cover the front desk as needed to maintain daily office operations.

Required:

• Experience in undergraduate student affairs or higher education academic support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on student-centered service.
• Ability to pass FERPA compliance training upon hire and maintain strict student data privacy.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Preferred:

• Direct experience working within a Public Health academic department or discipline.
• Hands-on proficiency with Degree Works and student information systems (e.g., Banner, People Soft).
• Proven ability to manage front-desk logistics and assist with multi-step event planning.

Pay Rate: $27.06/hour
