Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, projects, or functions
- Evaluate manufacturing outcomes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost efficiencies
- Support NPI activities and new equipment or process introductions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Apply professional judgment based on established practices and experience
- Bachelor’s degree (mechanical, manufacturing, biomedical, industrial engineering) or equivalent
- 2 years of experience (3-5 years is preferred)
- Knowledge of Solid Works, Master Control, Propel, and Minitab are a plus
