• Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for cutting‑edge wastewater projects, from pipelines to pump stations to treatment facilities.
• Lead master plans and technical studies that shape the future of water recovery.
• Mentor rising talent and build lasting client relationships that drive innovation.
• Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection, conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑starter mentality.
• Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, including master planning, design, and project development.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and win work.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client‑facing skills.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
