Your ImpactAs global demand for wastewater collection and treatment intensifies, you will design next‑generation infrastructure—pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities—to solve complex environmental challenges.
What You’ll Do- Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for cutting‑edge wastewater projects, from pipelines to pump stations to treatment facilities.
- Lead master plans and technical studies that shape the future of water recovery.
- Mentor rising talent and build lasting client relationships that drive innovation.
- Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tap into Jacobs’ powerhouse network of technical experts.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection, conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self‑starter mentality.
- Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, including master planning, design, and project development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and win work.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client‑facing skills.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
