We seek a motivated Staff Level Civil Engineer to contribute to a growing team in the West Region. You will assist in the delivery of highway and bridge projects, collaborate across offices, and drive innovation and quality in all design and delivery activities.

• Perform engineering design tasks from preliminary to final design, including geometric layouts, alignments, profiles, and cross‑sections.
• Assist with cost estimates, reports, and technical memos.
• Identify shortcomings in processes and lead change management initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Support the development of engineering standards and specifications under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Promote knowledge management by offering support and advice.
• Help manage client and customer relationships using relevant sales or client systems.
• Collect and analyze data using preset tools and methods, working independently.
• Contribute to the design of engineering solutions, including feasibility testing and implementation supervision.
• Build personal capability through assessment, planning, training, and coaching; maintain professional accreditation where relevant.
• Recommend technical developments to improve technology, software, and infrastructure quality.
• Work within established project management plans to achieve specific goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering design.
• Possession of an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) Certificate, PE license, or ability to obtain PE within 12 months preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $133,000 based on experience.
