About the Role

We are supporting an innovative EV manufacturer in scaling and optimizing their engineering and quality systems. This role will focus on managing and enhancing JIRA-managed systems that directly support key product validation, issue tracking, and process excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own administration and optimization of JIRA systems (Design Verification Plan - DVP, Deviations - DVI and Concerns).
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement improved JIRA workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, and quality teams to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Develop a structured knowledge transition plan for sustained operations.

Key

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in JIRA system administration & workflow management.
• Strong expertise in JIRA automations, custom filters, dashboards, JQL.
• Proven experience with Value Stream Mapping, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Solid background supporting engineering, validation, and quality functions.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage process improvement initiatives end-to-end.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or product development environments.
• Prior work with engineering and validation systems.
