The LCM Test Engineer will support lifecycle management activities by executing design verification and validation, supporting sustaining engineering initiatives, and driving continuous improvements for released products.
Must Have Skills- 5+ years in Medical Device domain
- DV/PV execution and documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- APQP/PPAP exposure
- DOE, DVP&R, MSA, GR&R
- Experience in DFM/DFA collaboration
- Create and maintain DVP&R documentation
- Execute DV/PV protocols and summarize results
- Perform statistical data analysis (DOE, regression, tolerance stack-up)
- Support process validation and transfer-to-production activities
- Support APQP artifacts including DFMEA inputs and traceability
- Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Maintain clear documentation and test libraries
