Supervisory Needs and Responsibilities- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors
- Managing existing account relationships and supporting active client projects
- Optimizing business profitability with mid‑size accounts
- Closing offshore deals on service‑based or time‑based contracts
- Determining proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and win business
- Organizing & coordinating commercial relationships with partners
- Building close customer relationships and staying in contact with customer managers to gain trust and develop business needs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and project follow‑up
- Managing the P&L statement for your business unit
- Tracking leads and sales performance data in Salesforce
- Traveling to existing and prospective customer sites to develop solutions with technical team support
- Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or BSc in engineering or business highly preferred
- 4 to 6 years of work experience required
- Previous experience in selling offshore solutions required
- Management experience highly preferred
- Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospecting preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to maintain strong professional relationships
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and a flexible schedule
- Coachability and adaptability in a changing environment
Salary: $110k base with a $40k bonus.
