* Ensure adherence to corporate standards, safety protocols, site procedures, and GxP requirements.
* Develop and enforce Asset Operations Plans and Asset Maintenance Plans to maximize equipment life and performance.
* Apply Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) principles and conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
* Analyze asset performance using metrics such as OEE, MTBF, and remaining useful life.
* Create value‑added preventive maintenance tasks and determine optimal predictive maintenance methods.
* Establish a proactive risk‑management approach to mitigate operational and reliability risks.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (OSHA, FDA, EPA, etc.).
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, utilities, or a mechanical/electrical environment.
* Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems.
* Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical concepts across functions.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

* Proficiency with Solid Works or AutoCAD.
