Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Structures Inspector, ANS

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is hiring a Senior Structural Inspector to perform and oversee inspection of structural work including bridges, retaining walls, and related heavy civil components.

• Perform and oversee inspection of structural work including bridges, retaining walls, and related heavy civil components
• Ensure construction complies with project plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, designers, and client representatives on structural issues.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and field changes related to structural elements.
• Document inspection activities, maintain daily reports, and support project controls systems.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction and quality issues in the field.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior inspectors and field staff.

$180,000 - $200,000 a year

• 15+ years of experience in construction inspection, with a strong focus on structural/bridge work
• 10+ years of experience on heavy civil transportation projects (rail, roadway, grade separations, or similar)
• 10+ years of experience in structural inspection, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation systems

• Strong understanding of Caltrans standards and specifications
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Caltrans Structure Representative, ACI, AWS, or equivalent)
