Senior Staff Engineer, Analog Mixed Signal Design

Your Role

As a Senior Staff Engineer Mixed Signal Design in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.

• Design and verify high performance analog, mixed signal ICs for Automotive Ethernet products.
• Research and develop circuit solutions including architecture, design, simulation, modeling, layout planning and supervision.
• Perform lab characterization and silicon debug.
• Conduct design reviews and document work products.
• Communicate with cross functional teams to support all aspects of product development, including verification, production testing, reliability and quality assessment.

• PhD with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or MS EE with 5 to 7 years of experience.
• Solid fundamentals in analog, linear circuit design, high speed design.
• Experience in multiple areas of design of data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, filters, references, regulators, PLLs and clocking circuits and high linearity transmit drivers, with demonstrated working silicon.
• Experience with bidirectional analog front ends and signal processing concepts is highly desirable.
• Design experience in Fin‑FET technology nodes is preferred.
• Clarity in communication and presentation.

Salary range:
Irvine, CA – Minimum of $146,300 per year / Maximum of $201,200 per year.

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
