Rate of Pay: $130,000 - $150,000
- Support project teams in the development of electrophysiology products, including design, design for manufacturing, test method development, and product verification and validation testing.
- Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of ultrasound catheter technology and document issues encountered.
- Develop customer requirements and product specifications with validated test methods.
- Support and lead quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterizations that lead to continuous / cost improvements.
- Manage requirements, CTQ traceability, V&V planning for the new generation ultrasound device.
- Own all R&D deliverables of new product development including design and development plan, system requirements, system functional requirements, user needs.
- Interface between external vendors and core team.
- Present project work across management levels and to customers and author scientific publications and patents in support of key technologies.
- Write reports, work instructions, test methods, and procedures.
- Travel to customer sites, domestic and international, to gather VOC, perform testing, and perform troubleshooting activities.
- Perform design reviews and pre-validation assessments to ensure safe and environmentally sound processes and designs.
- Responsible for the purchase/design of equipment that meets health, safety, and environmental standards set by the company.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Embedded Electrical & Computer Systems Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior R&D Systems Engineer-related occupation.

- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents)

- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member (40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year)
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period (10 days)
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision and time off benefits, plus other benefits as provided for in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
