• Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with applicable aerospace standards such as RTCA DO-160, DO-178C, and military equivalents.
• Innovate and collaborate with stakeholders to define high-performance test solutions that meet or exceed safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Estimate resources required to complete projects, including labor, materials, necessary skills, and duration.
• Provide testability input to new product designs; support qualification programs to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Design and document both manual and automated test equipment to support engineering development and manufacturing for new and existing programs.
• Guide best practices for electrical system design and software development for multidisciplinary teams from a test strategy perspective.
• Oversee development activities related to testing, simulation, and validation processes to ensure systems meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
• Support and review technical documentation, test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
