Now Hiring:
Site Civil Engineer - [Los Angeles]

Join our multidisciplinary team supporting high-impact data center, commercial, institutional, and mission-critical facility projects. You'll help shape the civil backbone of some of the most complex and essential infrastructure being built today.

What You'll Do:

* Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and paving for large-scale campuses and building sites

* Prepare technical reports and calculations (stormwater, earthwork, sewer/water demand)

* Support permitting and zoning reviews for local/state agencies

* Develop construction documents and technical specifications

* Provide technical leadership and function as a project engineer or specialist on mid-size facility-focused projects

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3 years of civil site design experience, preferably on data center, healthcare, industrial, or institutional building sites

* Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D (earthwork, surfaces, profiles)

* Familiarity with tools like Open Flows a plus

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* Previous experience in general civil engineering

* Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example:
Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.

* Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
