Role Summary We are seeking an Engineer to lead the technical development and integration of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) systems within our vehicle platforms. This role requires an individual who defines technical paths forward when faced with complex engineering constraints and ambiguous system requirements.

You will be responsible for the reduction of cabin noise across low-to-mid frequency bands, maintaining technical accuracy and meeting project milestones during high-pressure delivery cycles. This position demands a technical lead who manages their own work streams and delivers results under strict production timelines. Responsibilities ANC Specialization:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, tuning, and validation of Active Noise Cancellation systems, specifically for road and engine noise. Automotive Implementation:
Successful integration of an ANC solution through to production within at least one automotive OEM environment. Technical Toolset Proficiency:
Expert-level command of Siemens Simcenter Testlab (formerly LMS Test.

Lab) for acoustic data acquisition and DSP Concepts Audio Weaver (AWE) for algorithm deployment. Educational Background:
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a primary specialization in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) or Structural Dynamics. Frequency Domain Proficiency:
Proven track record of mitigating acoustic energy in the low and mid-frequency bands using active control methods and adaptive filtering. Qualifications ANC Specialization:

Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $,5000 for Southern California based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
