** As a(n) Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Leads manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on-time to help achieve results in key operational metrics.
* Foster a continuous improvement culture, driving results in EHS, quality, cost, and service.
* Provides technical leadership and validation guidance related to existing products, new product development and product line extensions.
* Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance labeling, packaging, and manufacturing processes to achieve operational efficiency.
* Coach and develop engineering team.
* Implements strategic capitol, and operational plans for their group and the engineering department it supports.
** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management and/or Business Administration  and Seven (7) years of combined experience in managing Engineering and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Five (5) years experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environment
