Q CELLS USA Corp. is seeking a Senior BESS Operations Engineer to lead the performance and reliability of Battery Energy Storage Systems. The role requires strong collaboration with Asset Management, Engineering, and Product teams to solve complex technical issues and optimize fleet operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in BESS or related fields, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
This position is based out of Teaneck, New Jersey.
