Responsibilities
- Interface with customers (cosmetic packaging) and coordinate internal teams
- Align engineering, production, quality, and supply chain resources
- Support process validation, tooling qualification, and quality alignment
- Assist new plant setup and knowledge transfer from China training
- 5+ years of project management experience in injection molding/tooling
- Solid knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling structure, and common defects
- PMP or scientific molding (RJG) knowledge preferred
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (to work with China teams)
- US work authorization (green card/citizen preferred; visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates)
