Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Lead projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship to engineering staff
- Prepare proposals and support business development efforts
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication
Support invoicing, financial tracking, and project profitability - Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry events

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in site design, including:
Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential (multi-family), Hospitality or mixed-use developments - At least 2 years of experience in a project management or leadership role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software
- Strong understanding of U.S.
-based design standards and permitting processes
