LOCATION:

Summary
  • Perform in-process and final assembly inspections in accordance with QMS requirements
  • Accurately input inspection data and results into applicable systems
  • Follow and document complex inspection and manufacturing processes
  • Communicate inspection results and product acceptance criteria with engineering, management, and production teams
  • Generate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) within Oracle ERP, TipQA, and/or Apriso as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • A&P License highly desired
  • Specific vision abilities required, including color perception, close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment (corrected or uncorrected)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant aerospace industry standards
  • Hands‑on experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, with emphasis on aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, including prototype aircraft and mechanical system integration
  • Experience inspecting a wide range of components, including engines, avionics, and aircraft structures
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation industry requirements
  • In‑depth knowledge of inspection techniques and quality issues related to aerospace hardware and systems
  • Ability to generate NCRs using TipQA and/or Apriso
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CATIA V5 (or similar CAD software), and 2D/3D engineering drawings
  • Strong math and technical writing skills
  • Proven experience using precision measurement tools in aerospace inspection
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of company personnel
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR)

Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
