Are you ready to be the piece that completes our puzzle?
- Oversee the lifecycle of contractual technical data and documentation deliverables, primarily in defense or engineering contracting. Manage the identification, tracking, delivery, and quality assurance of documents to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and schedules.
- Manage the development of CDRLs/SDRLs and guide technical writers to ensure the documents are acceptable to our customers.
- Manage the development of technical documentation including operator’s and maintenance manuals.
- Estimate efforts associated with the development of CDRLs/SDRLs and all other technical documentation.
- Manage Document Control process including Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and release of all company drawings, documents, and procedures to ensure configuration management is maintained.
- Allocate and prioritize department personnel as needed to support MTS’ project milestones/delivery schedules, maintain documentation export compliance (ITAR).
- Improve usage efficiency of existing departmental resources as required to meet program schedule requirements.
- Manage reliability and component engineering functions that provide services to other company departments.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical major/minor technical background or an engineering degree
- 15+ years related aerospace data management experience
- 15+ years managing people and resources
Previous experience working on defense/aerospace programs - Demonstrated people skills, both inside and outside the project team.
