Exterior Mechanism Engineer
Location – Irvine, CA
Full Time
Key responsibilities:
- Design of automotive Exterior fitment component parts in CATIA V6
- Develop and execute Exterior fitment components system requirements for Automotive (Cars and SUVs)
- Complete and release exterior components, sub-system, and detail designs (Windshield Wiper, rear view Mirrow)
- Collaborate with key Exterior fitment component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive exterior fitment components Wind Shield Wiper mechanism
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
- Perform feasibility and packaging study
- In-depth knowledge of Plastic and metal tooling
