Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000/year.
Schedule:
40 hrs/Week.
- Provide general support to the engineering department, including electronic assembly and troubleshooting.
- Support the group by owning and assisting in the activities related to the Product Development Process and other processes in the organization.
- Improve and define tools and techniques to support fabrication, test, and verification of existing and new products.

What You'll Do:- Develop and execute unit tests, build verification test plans, and track and report test status.
- Identify risks, suggest mitigation, track defects, develop resolutions, and report status.
- Investigate field product issues or issues during product development.
- Document the work completed with the goal of both maintaining records and educating newcomers and the broader organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering supporting product development and sustaining engineering activities through successful production implementation.
- 2+ years of experience in microcontroller-based systems, including design support, testing, troubleshooting, or integration.
- Able to conduct necessary experiments with suitable techniques to get to the root cause of the issues in the shortest possible time.
- Mindset to investigate and resolve all product-related issues, from conception to production, including aspects outside the electronic realm.
- Attitude to work towards objectives and the ability to integrate within a workgroup.
- Innovative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Self‑motivated, self‑confident.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
