- Assist with permitting efforts by coordinating grading, improvement, building, utility, and agency permits, tracking permit status, responding to plan check comments, and helping prepare agency submittal packages.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules by tracking critical entitlement, design, permitting, utility, procurement, and construction milestones.

- Support construction administration efforts by tracking Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, pay applications, field observations, punch list activities, and project closeout documentation.
- Analyze project budgets, infrastructure costs, utility fees, development impact fees, and value engineering opportunities to understand how engineering decisions affect project economics.
- Learn how NorthPoint delivers large-scale industrial developments by integrating engineering, environmental planning, municipal approvals, utility coordination, and construction execution into a successful development program.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
