• Design and develop thermal systems components such as heat exchangers and cooling systems.
• Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Design and develop turbo machinery components such as compressors, fans, and pumps (stator, rotor, shaft, housing, end covers).
• Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support design reviews and implement engineering changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Experience with CAD software such as Solid Works, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

• Develop finite element models for thermal and thermo-mechanical simulations.
• Perform steady-state and transient thermal analyses using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Support design optimization through simulation-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Solidworks, ANSYS Mechanical, or similar FEA software.
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

• Develop CFD models for compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, ducts, and conduct mesh generation, model setup, solution monitoring, and post-processing.
• Perform CFD simulations for internal and external fluid flow applications.
• Support design optimization through CFD-based recommendations.
• Work closely with design, FEA, and testing engineers during product development.
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, CFX, or OpenFOAM.
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

• Supports the department's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the sizing, design, mechanical drawings and testing of electric motors operating at speeds up to 70,000 rpm used in fans, pumps and compressors.
• Performs electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis using simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
• Creates detailed CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Develops motor performance specifications and validation test plans. Conducts performance testing (efficiency, torque, speed, thermal, vibration, noise).
• Analyzes and optimizes motor efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory and motor design principles.
• Understanding of winding techniques, lamination stacks, magnets, and insulation systems.
