RFIC Design Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer. In this impactful role, you will be part of Broadcom’s wireless connectivity radio team to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. The candidate will provide technical leadership in all phases of the product development, including product definition, architecture, system design, transistor-level circuit design, layout supervision, lab debug, and production support.

• Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies.
• Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and lab‑debugging skills, including hands‑on experience in RF tuning and use of RF instruments.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including test engineers, product engineers, system engineers, modeling engineers, and application engineers.

Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of experience.

• Annual base salary range: USD 109,700 to USD 175,500.
