Client Director - Water Business
Location:
Irvine, CA, US;

Lead and manage the expansion and retention of water-related services across Southern California and surrounding geographies, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Opportunity- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop new business, specifically leading business growth in Southern California and surrounding geographies
- Capture industry-leading market share of various Water work and achieving objectives while providing start-to-finish project responsibility
- Manage all aspects of an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) service project including risk to cost, schedule, and quality
Act as a project manager overseeing the project team, including engineering managers, staff development, and client engagement activities.
Preferred Qualifications- 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership experience in the Southern California market
- Professional Engineering License;
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline - Understanding of budgets and financial metrics
- Contract negotiation skill including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms
