SpaceX is seeking a Principal DFT Engineer (Silicon Engineering) to lead DFT architecture, ATPG, and scan insertion for next‑generation ASICs used in Starlink. You will optimize testability, validate via RTL and gate‑level simulations, and drive post‑silicon validation with cross‑functional teams.
The role requires 10+ years in ASIC design and DFT, strong Verilog/System Verilog skills, UPF familiarity, and experience with Tessent tools.
