Work Schedule:
Hybrid — 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary Range: $115,000–$150,000, based on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead and support all phases of engineering projects—from proposal development through construction completion. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specifications, and working drawings. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts.
Pre-Design Engineering- Review existing as‑built drawings
- Perform field investigations
- Set up drawings and models for multiple disciplines
- Coordinate design schedules and deliverables
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Prepare schematic designs
- Design Engineering
- Perform energy calculations using Energy Pro or IES VE
- Develop single-line diagrams and load schedules
- Design lighting systems and controls
- Engineer normal, emergency, and renewable power systems
- Conduct Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies
- Experience with low voltage building systems (Fire Alarm, Security, Voice/Data, Nurse Call) is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) License required
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification preferred
- LEED Accreditation is a plus
- 5+ years of engineering design and/or project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with:
California Building Code - Familiarity with:
National Electrical Code - Familiarity with: HCAI/OSHPD standards (preferred)
- Familiarity with:
Net Zero Energy/Carbon design (a plus) - Familiarity with:
Project management (preferred)
