IMPORTANT:
Travel & Relocation Requirement

• 100% nationwide travel is required
• You willrelocateto project sites for 8–12 months at a time
• This is a fully on-site, field-based role
• Candidates must be comfortable with a project-to-project travel lifestyle

This is an evergreen opportunity supporting upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. Field Engineers are placed on project sites for the duration of the build (typically 8–12 months) and then transition to the next project.
Thisisonsite, workingon the project site,working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local timeor other working hours the site mayestablish. Overtime and weekend working hours will berequiredas needed.

• Support Site Managers and Superintendents in daily construction activities
• Assist with project coordination,logistics, and material tracking
• Review drawings and help ensure work aligns with project plans
• Track production, progress, and key project metrics
• Support safety and quality efforts on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal team

• High School Diploma /GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Manage mentor related field preferred.
• 0–3+ years of construction experience (solar or utility-scale preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with construction/project management tools (e.g., Procore or similar)
• Abilityanddesiretoworkcollaborativelytoensuresuccessfulprojectexecution.
• Provenabilitytogenerateanddeliverreportsthatprovideusefulinsightintoprojectdetails.
• Familiarwithstandardconcepts,practices,andprocedureswithinthefield
• Abilitytorelyonexperienceandjudgmenttoplanandaccomplishgoals
• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills

• Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.)
• Able to walk or movecontinuouslywhile carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is recommended to getassistanceto lift items over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

• Predominately outdoor climate
• May be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather
• Excessive humidity, rain, etc.
• Various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.
• Potential exposure to chemical substances
• Work performed around hazardous equipment.
