- sDesign of automotive Exterior mechanism in a DRE role
- .Develop high efficiency actuators and motors for systems such as Chargeport Doors, Exterior Mirrors, Tonneau Covers and automated glazing systems
- .Define and develop mechatronic requirements, working closely with software controls and electrical teams to refine motors control logic, sensor feedback loops and diagnostic protocols
- .Utilize Catia V5/3D Experience to integrate motors and actuators into ensuring rapid design iterations and optimization
- .Work with the studio team to provide engineering criteria sections and generate high quality A-Surface that meet all DFM requirements while keeping with the theme of the vehicle
- .Develop, prototype and industrialize various mechanisms and actuators in the vehicle feature
- sCreate 2D drawings with GD&T
- .Drive continuous improvement in mechanism kinematics and NVH profiles
