We are seeking a
** Manufacturing Engineer I
** to support and improve manufacturing processes for printed circuit board (PCB) production. This role will focus on process engineering, equipment qualification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
+ Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
+ Support
** PCB manufacturing, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and selective soldering** .
+ Perform and support
** IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification and validation** .
+ Troubleshoot PCB manufacturing and testing issues.
+ Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
+ Develop testing methods and support process verification and validation.
+ Work with equipment vendors, technicians, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
+ Prepare technical reports and maintain manufacturing/process documentation.
+ Ensure processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
** Qualifications*
* + Advanced degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
+
Experience with
** printed circuit board manufacturing
** and process engineering.
+ Knowledge of
** verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)** .
+ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
