Manufacturing Engineer ILocation:
Irvine, CA – Onsite 5 days/week
Contract:12 months, with potential extension or conversion

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support and improve manufacturing processes for printed circuit board (PCB) production. This role will focus on process engineering, equipment qualification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Support PCB manufacturing, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and selective soldering.
- Perform and support IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification and validation.
- Troubleshoot PCB manufacturing and testing issues.
- Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop testing methods and support process verification and validation.
- Work with equipment vendors, technicians, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain manufacturing/process documentation.
- Ensure processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with printed circuit board manufacturing and process engineering.
- Knowledge of verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
