Cannon Corp, a leading real estate firm focused on residential and commercial properties, seeks a Civil Associate Engineer in Land Development. In this role, you'll support design of site grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure for subdivision and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities include preparing civil drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D, assisting with entitlement and permitting packages, performing technical calculations, and coordinating with surveyors, architects, and agencies.

Responsibilities
- Support civil engineering design for residential and commercial land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Prepare plans, profiles, reports, and technical calculations using Auto
- CAD Civil 3
- D and related design software.
- Assist in preparing entitlement, permitting, and construction documents in coordination with agencies and reviewing authorities.
- Perform site investigations, due diligence research, and compile data on zoning, utilities, and environmental constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, architects, and other engineers to develop practical, buildable design solutions.
- Review construction submittals and respond to RFIs under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support quantity estimates, cost opinions, and project schedules for proposed developments.
- Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews, clearly communicating technical information.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and Cannon Corp standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and best practices within the land development team.
