Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program
We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.
As part of our Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program, you will gain hands-on experience working with next-generation wireless technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers on real-world product testing, validation, and deployment activities. This program is designed to develop future engineering talent and provide a pathway for growth within WNC.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecom System V&V Validation/Verification Field Support & Testing:
Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G ) through active field testing and validation. - System Integration Product & Field Feedback:
Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.
Academic Requirements
- Degree:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant Coursework/Projects:
Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies. Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
